The laptop menu, while delightfully weird, makes it way too stressful to order, as there's no time for you to figure out the various hanzi.

Except for this, unfortunately very significant, drawback, this is a nice place, with cozy atmosphere and good (albiet a little bit expensive) food.

good food. been there four times and never been disappointed. only real complaint is that the private rooms upstairs are a tad dirty. staff and local hangers-on are incredibly friendly.

Seemingly the de-facto gathering spot for the Uighur community in Kunming, the food isn't as good I've had in Xinjiang and Shanghai, but it's not bad. Don't forget pollo and kaobaozi.

The best Uighur food I've been able to find in Kunming. I give it a 5 for atmosphere and a 3 for the food.

Definitely worth a try if you're looking for a change of pace or to get a Uighur fix.
