<content:encoded><![CDATA[I have a quick question that perhaps someone can answer here. I sometimes saw what appeared to be security guards wearing grey shirts with red epaulets (if my memory serves me). I'm trying to recount a particular instance I saw around Shifan Daxue.

Anyway, can anyone tell me if these are private security, or maybe some sort of police, or university security?
