Does anyone know of a good group or place to practice qigong here? Whether it's a park, a class or a teacher, if you have any ideas I would be interested to know. Thanks

Loads of people go to the zoo in the morning to practice and there are a lot of taiji classes. You can buy a 1 year pass for not much

I just arrive to Kunming, I practiced zhan zhuang and yiquan with YU YONG NIAN for some time in Beijing. I have been also learning Zhineng gong levels 1 and 2 . I wouldn't mind to share if someone interested.
