No surprises. Note that the video clip is all about westerners - who, I suppose, are the majority of foreign ESL teachers in China - and that the speakers, who are obviously North American, seem always to be discussing only westerners when they say 'foreigners'. Not too different from the sense of 'laowai' as used by Chinese.

Most of the ads (here in GK classifieds) are looking for teachers for positions teaching children. Old folks (45+) not welcome. Tic toc tic toc. Many of us are now scared.
