Is it possible to book a taxi for an early morning ride to the airport (need to be there at 6am)? Last time I asked the answer was no, but maybe things have improved now? Advice welcome, thanks!

I have no idea if booking a taxi is possible. But I do use this guy to get to the airport early:

Simply find a taxi by your place and tell him you want him to pick you up the next morning. Get his phone number as well to call him.
