Most would expect at least 150.
KUST must be one of the lowest payers in KMG, it is certainly the lowest rate I have seen posted on here.

80RMB was back in 2005-2006. Everything has gone up. Hell, even bottle water went up from 10 RMB to 15. Wake up dude!
