There's a big computer mall on Yieryi Dajie, and lots of little shops on Yuantong Bei Lu.

Or, once again, any Suning.

121 (yieryi) outside the north gate of Yunda (and outside at least one of the gates for most of the universities). Then go to taobao.com to find the best price. Then back to 121 st to negotiate.
