Human consumption of this oil??? It's all up to the food safety department's efforts..
How efficient have they been in the past?? Let's see...
I'm presently in Nepal and the recycled cooking oil paranoia has even surfaced here...they are worried of cheap exports from "you know where"

I never buy the oils on "special"
The retailers, big and small should also be held responsible.
Similar cases of responsibility:
A sponsor (famous person) of a product or service sold in China is personally responsible for it's quality.
It's law in China
In Canada a new law was passed for imported goods which places the importer responsible for the public safety of it's said goods.
