I need to make a payment to the phone company for my apartments wifi.
The problem - I've lost all previous documentation and have no record of my apartment phone number - only used the line for internet!!!
Any advice -

You can call 10000 and tell them your broadband internet account and then they will tell you the phone number bunded with your internet. But normally they will check your full name and passport information before you get the number.

Yes, but............... the account is in the name of someone who I have lost contact with!!!

Get a new contract? As the old one is not in your name, this should be fairly easy.

Can you plug a phone into the splitter? You can call your mobile to get the apartment number.
