Hello All. I’ve searched the forum but did not find any updated information.

I am seeking a reputable and affordable agency to do the following:

*obtain a certificate of no criminal conviction (无犯罪记录证明书) on behalf of my husband

*have the certificate translated into English
*have the certificate notarized

*send the certificate to us by post

I’ve been quoted outrageous prices by two services listed online that seemed sketchy at best.

Several years ago this topic was posted and Dragon Long was a user who seemed to privately reply and offer help. I’ve PMed him/her in case they still use the forum.
