is there a good acupuncture doctor in KM?

Most hospitals have acupuncture services but you usually have to check when the acupuncturist is in and make an appointment. There is also a Traditional Chinese Medicine school that I've been to, the directions online and phone #s are outdated, but if you can speak decent Chinese you can call 114 and ask about Kunming's zhongyixueyuan 中医学院I believe. Also I had a cab driver who knew exactly where it was when I explained （中医医院 or 中医学校）. The doc I saw was named 黄老师。
