Just wondering about internet speeds in KM. Although they have improved from a year or two ago, still seem a bit slow sometimes, especially uploading. I seem to have max rates of about 1.6Mbps/0.2Mbps (DL/UL) or 200kBps/30kBps (hope I have those units right). Are those about average and is there any way to improve them or are they fixed by CT/cable capacity/whatever? Any advice appreciated.
