If you are thinking of visiting Haigeng Park or Haigeng Dam (Daba) ti see the seagulls this weekend, be aware of traffic diversions and closures.
The marathon is on Sunday, but Dianchi Lu south end is already closed causing traffic problems on Hubin Lu and the surrounding areas, and this is not even weekend traffic yet,
Expect further diversions and delays on Sunday. I believe the closures may be staggered. Dianchi Lu south if Guangfu Lu, Guanjing Lu, Hubin Lu, Hongta LU (E&W), and Huanhe Lu will all be affected.
NB It is even difficult for cyclists and pedestrians.
