Does anybody have dealings with a scammer called Bo Chen? He pretends he is a training manager with China Eastern Airlines & wants to train pilot cadets outside China. I have photos of him & would like to pursue him with police action & prosecution.
I know that he & his cronies have other scams going. Let's catch these crooks & prevent them from stealing from other innocent people.

Another day, another Dollar lost to the scammers of China... To be fair though, where there's money (London, Paris, New York whatever) there will always be someone looking to take it the easy way.

Did you actually fall for this scam and if so, how? People like to know how they reach out to people here so they can become more aware.
