Todays news says Kunmings Lucky Air is adding new flight routes, to St Petersburg and Helsinki.

That is damn cool. Real vodka, real saunas, real raindeer meatballs, and fresh air.

And the other way around; Russians and Finns, drunk from cheap baijiu, vomiting their mixian all over town.

If it is a Lucky Air flight, you will not get a sauna on board. That is Sichuan Air.

This is good to hear. They've also branched out to Brunei direct from Kunming I hear.

A word of advice. A lot of Lucky Air's international flights don't show up on Ctrip or QuNar, you have to book them through the Lucky Air Website which currently is only in Chinese, or go to one of their booking offices.

The good thing about Lucky Air is Kunming is they have very few delays with Kunming usually being the first departure of their flights, so planes aren't dependent on the weather in Wuhan for you to make your Kunming to Chongqing flight etc.

Shite food though.
