The database on foreign experts and visas is being connected as we speak.
It's not really an issue of what naughty things you've been up to - but if you achieve enough critical mass to become a "public nuisance".
Suddenly, many of those seemingly disparate and unconnected dots will be collected, compiled, connected, and applied for the appropriate action(s), leading up to and including deportation, criminal prosecution, incarceration, etc ad infinitum. This applies NOT just to foreigners, but also domestics.
So - make sure your home & office wifi is password protected at a minimum and try to keep the naughty things below "public nuisance" level.
