mao dou li (sp?), and the peanuts mixed with cilantro, garlic, loufu, and other things. dou fu gan, duck hearts, the local yunnan brand of ma la potato chips. lu mian (? cold mixed noodles), tea flavor sunflower seeds, oh man there are too many to list!

It's not about people in Europe, Zhudan, but about people living in Kunming. I like a lot of Chinese dishes, some people don't, or, more likely, haven't eaten anything good, or because they don't know how to order, or simply can't get used to anything they haven't been experiencing since they were kids. For whatever reason, it's a matter of taste. One can improve one's sense of taste, learn a few things, but nobody's telling you that you have to do so.
