I've seen an old post - 4 years ago - dealing with Logistic Companies in Kunming.
Sounds like things have changed and cannot get in touch with these old contacts.
I need to arrange a product Shipment from Shanghai to Kunming and I'd love to find a reliable Logistic company to get this stuff done.
Could you please advise ?

It might be better to look/post on Shanghaiexpat.com or shanghaiist.com, seeing as the shipment will be coming from Shanghai. There are probably more goods shipped in this direction. Additionally, they will be a lot more professional and reliable.

Cheapest method is to find a man with van that can help you get your stuff to the train station. They will box it and ship it very cheaply. Then you go pick it up at the other end.
德邦 is the way to go. A little slower than all the kuaidi companies, but a lot cheaper as well. I used them last year to ship an apartment-full of stuff across country.
顺丰 SF (shunfeng) is one of the best logistics. The price starts from 20 yuan for the first kilo.
