Can anyone tell me the location of the used bicycle market and how to get there from Dong Feng Dong Lu in the East? New to Kunming and don't know my way around very well yet.

Any other places to buy a used bike?

Don't think there is a used market near you. Maybe just check the classifieds or buy a cheap bike from Walmart or C4. There is a uni somewhat near you on e huancheng rd. Sometimes you can ask whoever is in charge of the bike parking if they have bikes for sale. Many students just leave them chained up and graduate.

Huangtupo sells used bikes but it's really far from you and entrance is a little difficult to find if you just get off bus stop.
