I am a teacher of karate and I am looking for a place where I can practice karate alone. I need just a room 3 times a week, a quiet place where I can practice alone and without bothers.
Has anyone an idea about it?

Finding a quiet space to train in China can be very challenging as can finding a quiet space in which to do anything really. There is a martial arts centre next to the Confucius gardens on Renmin Zhong lu that may be able to help. What style of Karate are you practicing?

I am practicing shotokan style. Tnx for the answer, I will go to check ;)
