Hey! I've heard about an vegetarian buffet near foreigner Street that should be really good and cheap. Anybody know witch restaurant that is? Adress? Thanks

Don't know of that one BUT the restaurant at Lotus Flower Pond does a vegetarian buffet at lunchtime for only 10kuai. Worth checking out!

There is a vegetarian place which is quite nice, Buffet style for dinner is 20 kuai. If u head up Wen Lin Jie away from French Cafe, then down a little hill then turn left. Then keep going straight for maybe 300 metres. It will b on the right hand side of the road and u will know it by the coloured flags Tibetan style on the road outside. Check it out.

Where is Lotus Flower Pond?

There is a (Tibetan?) buffet style vegetarian restaurant at XiaoXiMen.

If you exit the south exit of Wallmart and keep walking south, eventually you'll leave the covered area with the small shops. Turn left (east) and the restaurant will be on your left hand side after 50-100 meters on the corner of the block behind a small parking lot.

There are various vegetarian buffets throughout the city. One was inside an office tower with interesting wood patio decor and view. In general, they are cheap, but quite oily.

Sujixiang is the name of the restaurant. Its Buddhist real veggie food, all you can eat for 20 rmb. Kunming Lake Wun St no. 50 on the 2nd floor. 188887142526.

@Daithi Lotus Pond is on the corner of Minyuan and Xuefu Roads. The restaurant is right on the pond with a deck over the water. Open for lunch 11:30-1:00 and dinner 5:30-7:00.
