There is about 85 kids signed up to trick-or-treat at Hu Pan Zhi Meng Xiaoqu on Friday. It starts at 6:30 at Kunming International Academy. Children will be trick-or-treating at the homes of expats who signed up to be willing to give out candy.

Do nationalities other than the US do this trick or treat thing? Which ones?
