Has anyone seen any peptoB or Gaviscon for sale around town?
If so, where?
Or if anyone has found a local substitute, I would like to know.

Haven't seen them. I know you can get Gaviscon in Chiang Mai or Hong Kong but that's the closest I've seen it.

I have never seen pepto anywhere in Asia in the last 14 years. However, I did see something in the stomach medicine aisle at a pharmacy that had bismuth in it. It just wasn't bismuth subsalicylate. I haven't tried it since we still have a small stash.

Try the pharmacy on Nanping square south east side, downtown.
