if you're not trolling ... some expats start businesses without chinese partners. it's possible.

Speaking of pizza, what ever happened to that Italian restaurant right down the street from Salvadors? I heard that lady closed it up but why? What happened?

landlord doubled the rent - they closed. Sad, The Box was a great place.

the price of rent will only increase therefore it's a huge insentive to be a street vendor..
I can imagine a mobile pizza oven being a sustainable business.
