Job Description:
We are looking for candidates for the below positions:
1, Customer Service Position in Kunming and US
2, Sales Person
3, Marketing Manager
Key Accountabilities:
Assist customers and ensure proper communications and requests being dealt with. Providing a pleasant ambience to the customers. Provide first level customer support, checking for assistance to walk-in customers. Assist on parcel/shipment schedule for corporate boutique by selected vendors. Handle customer complaints in the first level, and communicate or escalate the case to Customer Care Manager for any critical issue or any aspect. Requires international customer service background or marketing and sales experience.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service field.
Experience in Face-to-face customer service center is preferred.
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and Cantonese, or Mandarin and English.
We offer this position to both Chinese and other nationalities candidates. For other nationalities, we provide work visa and insurance for our staff. If you apply to work in our US branch, we prefer you to write and speak fluently in English, and Spanish, French is a plus.
Salary:
