Mr. Shawn is a wine professional and sommelier, operating in Shanghai for many years. With this event he is showcasing four wines from his portfolio, all from Podere di Pomaio (Arezzo, Tuscany), an organic winery with limited production.

For this special selection, sommelier Diego is proposing an interesting food pairing:
- Seafood salad with straciatella cheese for the Rosantico rosé.
- Veal tenderloin with parsley sauce and a mini panino with a Sangiovese IGT.
- Fiorentina style steak slices on an arugula salad with a Chianti riserva.
- Lamb chop with truffle mashed potatoes with a Toscana merlot IGT.
