Influenced by the sounds of new wave icons like XTC, Television, Talking Heads and Joy Division， The "Insufficient Funs" （不够快乐乐队）was formed by an American guitarist Nam Sung, Italian bassist, Sandro Cagnin, and French drummer Philippe Semanaz.
