The Imperial Court of Cuihu
Now that the sunshine has returned, anyone seeking a little outdoor sporting activity might like to check out the Cuihu Park tennis court (翠湖公园网球场). Located within the park, near to the Cuihu Xi Lu entrance, the court is one of Kunming's most convenient options for protégés of Federer, Sharapova et al. The hard surface court, which opened in 2005, has clean air, green surroundings and relative seclusion. The surface is showing a few cracks, and slopes a little in places, but is generally in a very playable condition. GoKunming's quick check of the changing rooms didn't cause any scares either.

Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm: 20yuan/hour
Saturday and Sunday, 7am - 4pm: 30yuan/hour
Monday - Saturday, 4pm - 10pm: 55yuan/hour
