The Spring 2007 artist residencies at Lijiang Studio have wrapped up and the studio preparing to exhibit the results at the Haidong Art Center in Lashihai, near Lijiang.
The exhibit "Another Take - Another Taste" features the works of Sylvia Winkler and Stephan Koeperl, Yeni Mao, Echoe and Raff aka Cyberskum. The exhibit, which opened last Friday at Shangri-La Studios in Zhongdian (Shangri-La), will move to the Haidong Art Center in Anxia Village, Lashihai on Saturday, May 19. An opening party will be held at 8 pm, featuring "urban interventions", painting, installation art and live set video plus live electronic music at 10. For more details, call 0888 5112256.
