Having a kid in urban places is very competitive, face, expense issue. One reason why the 2 kid policy was not so successful. 3 kid policy will not make much of a difference either in cities. But in rural areas and where people don't desire the whole material, face, send kids to top univeristy culture, it could encourage more kids. Accidental pregnancy for 2nd or 3rd time are also not needed to be terminated.

Unless you are illegal, unless you have a business you want to use, it is simple to do yourself. Rules are very clear. Rules very clear for green card too.
We have take the subway in the rough direction of home, then take a didi from there. We live nowhere near a subway, but moving in the direction saves a bit of time and money. The wonderful attitude of taxi drivers is why I do not cry for them losing money to didi.

Beer, 5 stars. A genuine German beer process, and a very drinkable product.
Food, 1 star. As a previous reviewer noted, autobahn rest stop type food. A very limited menu of lackluster choices. You would get more choice at a street corner schnell imbis in Germany.
The mushroom pizza (choice of one pizza) was OK but very small for the price. The sausage was not hot. Meat products should not be served luke warm, even if they are factory cooked like a Bratwurst.
I would go back for the beer, but would not take anyone there for the food.
