<content:encoded><![CDATA[Bearing in mind that we're in a rather rural province with all the intrinsic philosophies (both frustrating and quaint) that encompasses - you might try calling the Foreign Affairs Office for each university (you can wiki the universities in Kunming for a list) to see if they can help you find the right contact point to ask this seemingly simple but incredibly complicated question.

On a side note - you can ALWAYS get a Master's Degree in English Studies (tourism schools, language schools, etc) at the major universities - but you'll still have to deal with the domestic language rather frequently - but you'll DEFINITELY be popular amongst your peers.]]></content:encoded>
