Do people know of any markets or stores in Kunming that has a good selection of second hand bikes in Kunming?

Huang Tu Po (黄土坡). Bus 55 from YiErYi Lu or 116 from Jianshe Lu will take u there. It's about 5 stops.

...my bad the 116 goes into town via Jianshe Lu but doesnt go out west that way. U can catch it at Kunsi Lu.
