I am aware there have been many visa related posts recently, but I'm starting a new one because I'm looking for specific information that I have not found in any of those.

Namely, I'd like to know if any US, British, or Canadian citizens have made the L to Z visa switch in Hong Kong since August 1st, 2013?

If so, could you please confirm whether the two-day rush service is still available? (They call it two day, but its is actually one business day- do your application on Monday morning, and you can pick your visa up by Tuesday morning).

Also, if there were any other new requirements, other than the new No Criminal Background certificate, please advise.
