  Hey there~My name is Cassie.I am a girl and I'm from North East of China.And also I'm a Chinese teacher~I just got the International Profession Certification Association Chinese teacher certification in Shanghai.And I was teaching in Shanghai.I have rent a big house at 苏家塘小区(Su Jia Tang).It's on the jianshe road.near to city center and wenlin street.You can find a lot of shops and dinning places in the surroundings.Also big supermarkets and banks(ICBC.Bank of China and so on).The apartment is on 7th floor.118 sq.m.
  There are four rooms.two living rooms.two Western toilets have big mirror and bath heater and also a real kitchen with a big and nice dining room.
  Full Furnished:
  The living rooms:
  we have 3 meters sofa for at least 5-7 people. LCD TV.6 setting dinner table with chairs.tea table.water machine.refrigerator.and washing machine and dryer.high speed internet connection.big bright windows.
  About the bedrooms:
  one 1.8m bed,wardrobe(closet).desk.and chair.The other room is bunk bed.and its 2 meters long.And the last one is 2 meters Tatami mats style bed with book shelf and a more than one meter sofa!
  The kitchen:
  we can use the gas cooker.and the induction cooker.pot.heater and other kitchen wares.
  The rooms are really clean and comfortable.I hope you are very clean.funny.respectful and easy-going.
  The bunk bed room is 2149.56 RMB per month and the other two is 2149.56 RMB for each one includes everything(Internet.property management fee.water and electric fee.or anything else).Please pay a month's deposit and 1st month's rent upfront.(The deposit only pay once.)
  The rent is negotiable~
  The longer you stay The cheaper you pay!
  The apartment has continuous hot water (solar heating with back-up power) supply. All rooms are sunny furnished.spacious.clean and bright.i hope we can be good friends also~

  American and Australian couple are looking to sublet and share a 3 bedroom apartment in a brand new modern apartment complex on the 27th floor with amazing views of Kunming. The complex is protected by guards, lots of garden space downstairs, and a small swimming pool for kids. A movie theater is also being built on the premises and is due for completion in a few months.
  Perfect for students studying Chinese at Yunnan Normal University and interested in a clean, peaceful environment within close proximity to the university. Available at the end of February or March until June. Pretty flexible with dates. Just ask.
  The apt itself has 2 rooms equipped with beds (1 is taken by us) and the 3rd space has a futon with a large storage unit.
  Nearly everything is new and excellent quality compared to most Chinese apts you see. More info on the apt:
