    There used to be a guy at the intersection of Wen Lin Jie and Wen Hua Xiang next to the bakery (near French Cafe and Salvadore's). There's also a guy on 121 Street, just across from the North Gate (Bei Men) of Yunnan University next to the Yunnan University attached High School. I also remember seeing a bike shop on 121 street, just west of the Jian She Lu, 121 Street intersection on the north side of 121 street.
