| I think it wonderful that a Chinese person (Laotou) writes the most sensible comment on this subject. Actually, the subject is sociolinguistics, and some would benefit, initially, from simply knowing the difference between ESL and EFL. Just my two pennies worth! | |||

| It needs to be said: There are professional foreigners in Kunming, e.g., Teachers (legally-employed), full-time students (with a student visa) business people (legally-employed), tourists (visa renewal unnecessary), and a few married to Chinese nationals. Then, there are people with names such as BigBoy69, et al, who should be deported. There, I've said it. | |||

| JJ&J: As you can tell, there are many people that may help you here, but it would help if you would provide some additional information. For example: 1. Age of computer 2. Desktop or laptop 3. Size of hard drive My suggestion; a separate hard drive. | |||

| Sorry ... pressed the wrong key! I once had a student whose name was Jun who, typically, asked me to give her a European name - when I immediately suggested June, her expression was blank and following further explanation, she smiled ... but I'm sure that she's still wondering about it. Her fellow student named himself Viper, I let him keep it. ;-) It's an interesting subject. | |||
