Sorry I don't not agree with others customers .
Unlike he wrote John (who speaks a very good English) did not come with us during our tour (15 days ).He gave us a driver who was not able to speak English : he understood some words but he can'tmake any sentence or understand one as simple it is.We had a booking with an English speaking driver and when we were in Kunming it was very different .It is not correct to do like this.
Fortunatly the country is very beautiful and our driver made the maximum without speaking with us...
We have used John several times, most recently to Stone Forest. He is a terrific guide and driver, his cars are spotless. His English is very good and he is very smart. John is very service oriented, and an excellent businessman. He is willing to work hard for you, flexible, accommodating and will get the job done to your satisfaction. We can't recommend him highly enough. Don't use anyone else for your driving and travel needs.
We've had John bring a few of our clients when we could not.
even though we left it until the last minute to book, john was very helpful and did his best to accommodate our needs. 7 of us took the minivan to Jiuxiang Scenic Region (九乡风景区) for an all-inclusive Y550. the ride home was a little bumpy in the back row of the minivan but that was the only minor issue with an otherwise excellent day and john can hardly be blamed for the condition of the roads! will definitely use the service again and would recommend it.
Great service and good quality drivers that are well prepared and drive responsibly. John can even arrange drivers and cars on short notice. Self-drive is also an option if you possess a valid local driver's license. Highly recommended.
