The food is becoming lower in quality. One can't expect it to always look like the menu illustrations but a recent visit produced four dishes that totally looked very different from the illustrations which, as far as I'm concerned, means that the chef has lost control, and this is indicated in the quality.

Having said that, the good news is a reasonable choice in the newly-introduced wine-by-the-glass.

Of the two Blue Bird Clubs, the one on Dongfeng Xi Lu is my preference. The atmosphere is more rustic and open-air, although very comfortable. The service is good. and there is a greater emphasis on Thai and Burmese cuisine. I also noticed that this one has Thai management.

Its Thai food is very delicious and very Thai authentic style. The decoration is okay and not too fancy. Problem is the toilet too bad and it's outside the dining hall. Have to walk through the back of a building to go for relieve....
