Mandarin Books sometimes has Time, Economist and Newsweek, though the supply is sporadic. List prices hover around 60-80 kuai, which is actually the list price, not some scam by the management.
I make a point of stocking up every time I pass through a tier 1 city. You can usually find some international newspapers and mags at the Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai airports]]></content:encoded>
